At CEC Equipment, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To make a return, you can contact us at contact@cec-equipements.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions for shipping your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund within 7 business days.
